E-7 (Foreign National Of Special Activity)

 

A person who plans to engage in a field designated by the Minister of Justice of ROK for the enhancement of national competitiveness by adopting foreign workers with professional knowledge/technology in accordance with a contract with a public or private institute in ROK

Eligibility criteria for application

You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are A crew member who promotes the convenience and safety of passenger on an international cruise which operates domestically.

① Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee ② Documents related to the establishment of a hiring company ③ An employment contract ④ A degree certificate or certificate of employment history - including certificate of degree, certificate of career, resume, license ※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.
